Velysca has a 14-day return policy. You may return or exchange the product(s) 14 days from when your order is delivered, by shipping it back to our Return Centre.
The product(s) must be unused and sent in their original condition (packaging, card, etc). The initial shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
